    Submission Format

    • MP4 for videos (short clips under 2 minutes, optional).

    Each submission should include:

    1. Title – A clear, engaging headline.
    2. Author Name & Short Bio – Include your city and state.
    3. Article Body – Well-structured, factual, and in your own words.
    4. Photos/Videos (optional) – Must be your own or free to use with proper credit.
